You’ll work as an integral part of Ipsum’s Business Development Bidding team, contributing to business growth via opportunities within a variety of utility and infrastructure lead sectors, maintaining superb communication both verbally and in writing. You’ll be liaising with multiple departments to manage and coordinate internal responses for Supplier Onboarding Questionnaires & Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, other forms of information requested by new and existing customers. You’ll support general administrative tasks within the bidding team e.g., online procurement portals, internal document libraries and shared inboxes. Copy checking/proof reading others’ work may also be required.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication and administration skills. You should be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
