We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a static engineer (hvac biased/qualified) on a site in Sand Hutton

Role:

• You’ll be working within your own dedicated static site as our client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive hvac/ M&E and other general building services maintenance needs. Tasks could include plumbing, emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes and fabric work.
• You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times when on site

Person:

• You will hold F Gas
• You will have experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance works and must be a good all rounder able to put your hand to general building maintenance
• You will live locally and happy to commute to the site day to day in your own transport
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills

Package:

• Base salary £44,000
• 42 hours - 4 on, 4 off - rotating days and nights - 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am
